Before Your Planning Call

Three steps that turn a photoshoot into a strategy.

Step 1 · Most Important

Schedule Your Planning Session

This is where the magic gets mapped out. We'll turn your goals into a concrete plan for shoot day.

During our planning session we will
  • Talk about your outfits
  • Discuss location options
  • Consider what props to pack
  • Review your questionnaire
  • Create your shot list
  • Review image priorities
Step 2

Complete Your Branding Questionnaire

This is where your vision starts to take shape; your answers become the heartbeat of every image we create.

You'll be asked about
  • Your business, website & industry
  • The values that guide your decisions
  • Words & personality traits that describe your brand
  • How you'd describe your brand as a person
  • Links to your inspiration & Pinterest board
Step 3

Create Your Pinterest Mood Board

Build your own board so we get on the same creative page fast — then drop the link right into your scheduling form.

Save examples of
  • Poses you're drawn to
  • Color palettes & tones
  • Professional outfits
  • Branding & workspace inspiration
  • Flat lays & lifestyle imagery

Goal: bring 15–20 images, and add your board link to the form.

Plan Your Aesthetic & Wardrobe

Come camera-ready and on-brand — these are the pieces only you can bring.

Step 4a

Hair, Makeup & Location

Show up camera-ready and start picturing where you shine. These are the details that make your images feel unmistakably you.

Hair & Makeup
  • Plan polished, camera-ready hair
  • Soft, defined makeup that reads on camera
  • Nice, manicured neutral nails
  • Book your own artist, or ask about adding one
Studio or Location
  • Clean studio for a bright, modern look
  • On-location for energy and real context
  • Any dream spots you'd love your photos captured?
Step 4b
